Indiana Daughters of the American Revolution |
Our unique chapter name is derived from the Algonquian American Indian language for our beautiful "White Lick Creek" which runs through Hendricks County.
The Daughters of the American Revolution is a non-profit, non-political volunteer women's service organization dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history, and securing America's future through better education.
Our National Motto: God, Home, and Country
Our Indiana Theme: "Building DAR Through Leadership and Commitment." Proverbs 20:28: Love and truth form a good leader; sound leadership is founded on loving integrity.
